ET Rodriguez

ET Rodriguez is an award-winning journalist specializing in community and Arts & Culture reporting in NYC. With a keen eye on the Bronx, and as a Hispanic Bronxite, she strives to tell the stories of individuals from marginalized communities. She has worked with Press Pass NYC since 2022, working her way up from volunteer to project manager. Since receiving her degree from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism, ET earned her FAA-certified drone pilot license, co-created the Lifestyle section in the Bronx Times (the first of its kind), won Best Column at the 2023 NYPA Better Newspaper Contest, and served as editor-in-chief of The Riverdale Press. She currently teaches freshman writing at Lehman College as an adjunct lecturer, where she received her Bachelor’s degree. She wants young people to feel invested in their neighborhoods while encouraging them to always remain curious and unbiased.
