Christopher Saccardo

Originally from Boston, Christopher has been a New York City teacher for the past ten years. He resides in Brooklyn and currently works at the Battery Park City School as a seventh grade social studies teacher. He coaches soccer, basketball and baseball in addition to serving as a student council advisor and school newspaper advisor. He has launched the NYC Middle School Press Corps (MSPC) with a DOE colleague to create a space for young journalists and their advisors to come together. In his free time, he enjoys bike riding, traveling and hanging out with his cat, Jackie O!
