Mabel Chin

After graduating from Tufts University with a degree in Economics, Mabel embarked on a 20+ year career at global creative agencies including Ogilvy, Digitas and Publicis, helping to launch, build, and reimagine world-known brands such as IBM, American Express and  Verizon Wireless. A decade ago, she struck out as an independent brand strategist to agencies and brands, seeking purpose-driven projects and clients. Her deep passion for health, education, equity and life-long learning lead to consulting on Pfizer vaccines, Google News Initiative and LRNG, an educational spin-off of the MacArthur Foundation, where she served as interim CMO at launch. In her spare time, Mabel is a guest lecturer on Advertising at The New School, research moderator and certified yoga instructor. One of her favorite daily rituals is reading news across no less than five sources, usually with a caffeinated beverage in hand.
